Evaluation Only Details

  • 3 hour Initial Evaluation

  • Development of a golf specific fitness routine addressing the highest priority needs identified in the initial evaluation.

  • Designed for the golfer that would like to understand how their physical capabilities impact their golf swing and get started on an initial fitness routine but may have limited time or availability for continual follow up.

  • Single follow up visits are available on an as needed basis.

  • Baseline swing speed, driving distance and contact efficiency measurements on a radar based launch monitor.

    Golf specific physical fitness screening including mobility, stability, motor control, power and strength testing.

    Ground force analysis with measurements performed on a force plate.

    Kinematics analysis using 3D motion capture system.

    Body-Swing diagnostic evaluation integrating the physical screening data with the biomechanics swing data. During and after the session, the data will be professionally analyzed to develop a prioritized problem list that is easy to understand and take action on.

    Establishment of clear, measurable goals.

    Creation of an online document that serves as a home base for tracking your improvement. Hours of post session analysis produce this report that includes all relevant data, images and interpretations. Your teaching professional or coach will also be invited to view and comment on this document to encourage collaboration.

    Development of a highly personalized comprehensive golf training program. This program will be accessible online and includes specific exercises and drills with sets/reps/frequency and video tutorials.

  • IN PERSON FOLLOW UP SESSIONS INCLUDE

    Reassessment of physical fitness metrics including mobility, movement control, strength and power.

    Update and advance physical fitness goals and make any necessary changes to the fitness program. This may be due to client progress and/or due to seasonality. All programs consist of in-season, off-season, pre-season periods.

    Reassessment of swing speed and ball speed measurements.

    Motor control corrective activities.

    Re-assessment of prioritized biomechanics metrics.

    Biofeedback training.

    General troubleshooting and question/answer.
